Lucky Skills and the SLBFE training
Lucky Skills teaches the work of the job. The SLBFE training and registration are separate, and you still need them.
What is the SLBFE?
- The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) looks after Sri Lankans who work abroad.
- Every worker who goes abroad for a job registers with the SLBFE before the flight.
- Lucky HR is an agency licensed by the SLBFE, licence No. 2848.
The SLBFE training
- For some jobs the SLBFE asks you to finish its training before you fly.
- Your Lucky HR officer tells you if your job needs it.
- Lucky HR books your training day and tells you the centre, the date and the time.
- After the training you get a certificate. Give a copy to Lucky HR.
Lucky Skills
- Short videos that show the work of your job abroad, step by step.
- A picture question after every lesson and a certificate with a QR code.
- It helps you at the interview and in your first days at work.
- It is extra. It does not replace the SLBFE training or registration.
In short
- SLBFE training and registration: needed when the SLBFE asks for them.
- Lucky Skills: extra job training from Lucky HR, on your phone.
