How do I sign in?
Tap Start learning and type the mobile number you gave Lucky HR. We send a 6-digit code by SMS. Type the code. You can also use your Lucky HR number (LED or CAN).
The SMS code did not come.
Wait one minute, then tap Send a new code. Check that the number is right. If it still does not come, call 077 423 9191.
The video does not play.
Check your internet. Close the page and open it again. If it still does not play, call us.
How much mobile data does it use?
Videos change to a smaller size on slow internet, so they use less data. Use Wi-Fi when you can.
What is the Listen button?
Tap Listen to hear the words on the screen. It shows when your phone has a voice for your language.
I lost my certificate.
Sign in and open My Skills Passport. Your certificate is there. Employers can check it on the Check a certificate page.
